May 1, 2024 - Mental Health Awareness Month is a cornerstone of addressing the challenges faced by millions of Americans living with mental health conditions. The National Rural Health Association states that farmers are 3.5 times more likely to die by suicide than the general population.

Our mental health journey starts with a single moment. Take it! NAMI's 2024 campaign focus to Take the Moment empowers the nation with resources. Let's prioritize mental well-being together.
