Our Chapters

The Farmer Angel Network (FAN) Chapters connect farmers, farm families, and rural communities to ensure all farmers are resilient and have healthy, productive lives.

The founding chapter is located in South Central Wisconsin serving Sauk, Columbia, Dane, Vernon, Richland, Iowa, Juneau & Adams Counties.

​

Our vision is to be a model for rural communities to appreciate and celebrate agriculture through farmer-to-farmer fellowship in order to decrease the stigma of mental health and promote the health of its community.

 

To achieve this vision, we support the development of new chapters throughout the State and nation.
