Help Farmer Angel Network Win $5,000 at Cargill’s World Dairy Expo Booth
Farmer Angel Network is honored to be selected as one of three nonprofit organizations that Cargill will highlight during the 2026 World Dairy Expo in Madison.
As part of its World Dairy Expo presence, Cargill invited members of its Dairy Team to nominate organizations making a meaningful difference in dairy and agricultural communities. Farmer Angel Network is grateful to have been chosen as one of three finalists from across the country.
Even more exciting: World Dairy Expo attendees will have the opportunity to help determine how Cargill distributes its charitable support. Visitors to Cargill’s booth, located in Exhibition Hall Booth 1903, can vote for one of three featured organizations. The organization receiving the most votes will receive a $5,000 donation, while the other two organizations will each receive $1,000.
The three organizations being featured are:
Farmer Angel Network, supporting the mental health and well-being of farmers across Wisconsin. Donations will be equally divided between chapters.
Fill A Glass With Hope, which raises funds for Pennsylvania food banks to purchase fresh milk from local dairy farms.
National 4-H Dairy Conference, which helps reduce financial barriers for youth delegates attending the national conference.
For Farmer Angel Network, this recognition is about more than the potential donation. It is another opportunity to bring farmer mental health into the conversation at one of the dairy industry’s largest gatherings.
Farmers and farm families face a unique combination of pressures — weather, finances, markets, long hours, succession decisions, isolation and the responsibility of caring for animals, land and generations of family legacy. Farmer Angel Network works to make sure farmers know they do not have to carry those pressures alone.
Through education, outreach, community partnerships and connections to resources, Farmer Angel Network is working to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health in agriculture and build communities where asking for help is seen as a sign of strength.
Cargill’s decision to use its World Dairy Expo presence to highlight organizations supporting agricultural communities helps bring additional attention to this work.
“World Dairy Expo is an opportunity to celebrate the people, passion and innovation that make the dairy industry exceptional,” said Greg Shoemaker, Director, North America Dairy, Cargill. “We know that there are original organizations making a big impact across the U.S. We’re proud to highlight and support them.”
Going to World Dairy Expo?
If you are attending World Dairy Expo this year, we invite you to stop by Cargill’s Exhibition Hall Booth 1903, learn about the three featured organizations and cast your vote.
Every vote helps raise awareness of farmer mental health and the importance of creating strong, connected agricultural communities.
We are grateful to the Cargill Dairy Team member who nominated Farmer Angel Network, to Cargill for providing this opportunity, and to everyone who continues to support farmers and farm families across Wisconsin.
Together, we can continue building a farming community where no one has to face life’s challenges alone.
