Our Story
The Western Wisconsin Chapter of the Farmer Angel Network was founded in memory of Brian Webster, a beloved 4th-generation farmer, husband, father, and community leader who dedicated his life to agriculture and the people around him.

Brian was known for his deep commitment to family, his love for the land, and his service to others. He farmed alongside his sons and brother, proudly carrying on his family’s legacy. He wore many hats—farmer, auctioneer, seed salesman, township leader—but the roles he cherished most were those closest to home: a devoted husband to Kim and a proud father to Jennifer, Mitchell, and Thomas.
In August 2023, Brian passed away unexpectedly on his family farm after facing complications from depression.
His loss left a deep hole in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.

From that place of grief, Brian’s family chose to act—to create a space where farmers could find support, connection, and hope. They started the Western Wisconsin Chapter of the Farmer Angel Network to honor Brian’s life and legacy,
and to help ensure that no other farming family has to walk through a similar loss alone.
