December 12, 2023 - Wonewoc, WI - Helping Hurting Hearts fundraiser in June 2023 brings a big donation to Farmer Angel Network. Thank you to all of you that ROCKED this event.
Union Road Band of WI performed a free concert at Summit Ridge Restaurant as a fundraiser to benefit Juneau County Suicide Prevention Coalition, Farmer Angel Network and Soup for the Soul (Baraboo). There were basket raffles and food specials. Farmer Angel Network co-founders, Brenda Statz and Randy Roecker, were there with resources and enjoying the fun.
A special shout out to Sarah Schartner, lead singer Union Road Band, and daughter of Leon & Brenda Statz. Sarah has taken the painful experience of losing her father to suicide to spread awareness in the farming community that there is help. See a news clip with her story here.
