Randy is a third generation dairy farmer. He runs this family farm Roecker's Rolling Acres with his parents, Gerald and Margaret Roecker, and his daughter Ryanne and her husband James Hiner. They currently milk 275 cows with 700 acres.

Going through severe depression and having had difficulty finding help, Randy recognized the need for an organization that could assist people struggling.

Randy has two children, Ryanne Hiner and Ross Roecker, and enjoys being a grandfather. He enjoys traveling with his partner Linda and trying new places to eat.
