Dorothy and her husband Don direct marketed grass-fed beef and have a licensed farm stay lodging, Valley Springs Farm.

Having lost two farmer friends to suicide and dealing with the emotional struggles of transitioning out of dairy farming, Dorothy has found a passionate cause in Farmer Angel Network.

Dorothy has been married to Don Harms for 41 years, has three adult children: Beth & Shawn Fry, Laura & Travis Tourdot & Brandon & Anna Harms and two grandchildren: Erika & Aubrey Tourdot.
