June 30, 2023, Wonewoc, WI - The Helping Hurting Hearts Fundraiser was a well attended event at Summit Ridge Restaurant with a free concert by Union Road Band of WI. Proceeds from the event were donated to Farmer Angel Network, Juneau County Suicide Prevention Coalition, and Baraboo Soup for the Soul. FAN co-founders Brenda Statz and Randy Roecker were there sharing resources and enjoying the event.
Brenda's daughter, Sarah Schartner, is lead singer of Union Road Band, and was featured in a news story about the event on Spectrum News 1 here.
Thank you to all of the coordinating, contributing and participating in this event to raise awareness for suicide prevention.
